Bottom Lines are Top Priority
Working with clients on a regular basis allows us to develop lasting relationships that yield dividends for all involved.
While we understand that we are but one component of our clients' overall successes, we remain extremely proud of their marketing and publicity accomplishments. The following are examples of results we have achieved and awards we have won while working with our relationship-based clients.
Anderson Homes
We've worked with Anderson Homes continuously since 2004. With our marketing assistance, the Triangle's largest privately held homebuilder has made substantial strides in market awareness and brand recognition. In 2005, Anderson became one of the first production builders in the Southeast to adopt Energy Star standards throughout the entire building process. Because of their internal production practices and external marketing efforts, the Environmental Protection Agency and Department of Energy named Anderson Homes an Energy Star Partner of the Year in both 2006 and 2007 (the only homebuilder in the Carolinas to win the awards). This was a significant achievement for Anderson and has reinforced their image as an environmentally responsible homebuilder. Their "Peak Performance Energy Star Certified Homes" have become extremely popular and our marketing collaboration has yielded numerous advertising accolades and awards.
In 2006 and 2007, we helped introduce Vanguard Homes to the North Carolina market. Vanguard is Anderson's sister company specializing in exceptionally detailed homes starting in the high $300’s. Vanguard is on path to become an entirely "Green" builder, and future marketing and promotional efforts will communicate this achievement.
After a successful launch, Vanguard Homes is now building in Pinehurst, RTP, Downtown Raleigh and Chapel Hill.
Anderson Homes has experienced impressive sales increases every year since our marketing relationship began. In 2007 they netted the highest revenue and home closings of their 27-year history by achieving sales growth of 40% in a market experiencing 18% sales declines.
Whole Harvest Culinary Oils
We've worked with Whole Harvest Culinary Oils continously since 2004. Our marketing involvement with the nation's first all natural no trans fat oil has been extensive. We were instrumental in renaming and re-branding the company (originally called SmartFry). We also designed and developed their logo, packaging materials and award-winning website.
We have helped Whole Harvest promote a wide range of culinary products. Originally offering only Whole Harvest Culinary Oil and Whole Harvest SmartFry (commercial grade oil), the company has introduced Whole Harvest SmartCoat (non-stick cooking spray), Whole Harvest Pan & Griddle (butter flavored pan spray), and many new packaging offerings and pairings.
The Whole Harvest line of culinary oils can now be found in numerous restaurants and institutions throughout the world. The company has broker representation in over 25 states and exports their products internationally. In our four years of marketing collaboration with Whole Harvest, they have experienced impressive sales growth of 25% per year and substantially expanded their refining capacity, warehousing and office space.
Windjam Development
We began working with Windjam Development in 2007. Under the leadership of the company's CEO, Rex Vick, Jr, Windjam has established itself as a premier land developer in Raleigh, NC and surrounding markets.
We have provided marketing assistance on a number of Windjam’s communities, but our main focus has been The Hamptons, their newest luxury development located near Jordan Lake in Chapel Hill. We developed an extensive marketing and publicity campaign for The Hamptons and designed the community website and sales materials.
Demand for the community has remained strong despite a tough market. Strong marketing efforts have allowed Windjam to implement home site price increases and the developer plans to implement additional price increases in the second quarter of 2008.
Quarterly goals continue to be achieved and before the monument was even raised, 20% of the home sites were under reservation.
Turnberry Development Group
We began working with Turnberry Development Group in 2007. Founded by Marty Baum and Nick Leb with the intent of saving natural resources and improving upon existing environments, Turnberry is currently developing its masterpiece, Baldwin Peak.
Baldwin Peak is a GBI Green Certified Development and features heavily wooded home sites with expansive views of Chatham County countryside. We have provided extensive marketing assistance on this project, including a comprehensive marketing and publicity campaign. We also designed and developed the community's logo, website and sales materials.
Interest in Baldwin Peak has been phenomenal. With roads yet to be cut, 18 of 28 home sites were already under reservation.
